Business Partner Meet & Greet

Yesterday, Bidvest Insurance was privileged to host our business partners ECIA and clients in an afternoon of relationship building and networking. The motivation behind the ‘Meet & Greet’ styled event was simple; We live in an age of connectivity, where companies, brands, and individuals are connected online, through platforms such as Facebook Twitter and Instagram, it’s easy to get so wrapped up in these digital connections that we tend to forget the human side of connectivity. So, the focus of this event was to step outside of the digital world for a moment and connect in a more personal and meaningful manner. Bidvest Insurance MD, Phillip Donnelly, opened the afternoon by talking on the long history between our companies as we look to grow and expand together. Mr. Donnelly’s sentiment was reinforced by ECIA CEO, Marius Meyer, who expressed their on-going commitment to building a strong business relationship.

In attendance was Springbok, Coenie Oosthuizen, and East Coast Radio DJ, Damon Beard, who are both part of the ambassador program forged between Bidvest Insurance and ECIA. The real guests of honor were the clients who were able to chat and have their photos taken with the celebrity brand ambassadors while enjoying the view from the rooftop of the Bidvest Financial Services Training center – which is where the event was held. It was a fantastic afternoon that provided the perfect platform for us to spend quality face time with some of the most important people in our business. We look forward to continuing building a long and positive relationship with ECIA and our broker clients.
