How does the Loyalty Bonus work?
When your vehicle is stolen or written off, replacing it won’t be cheap. We reward you for being loyal, with our Loyalty Bonus. Your Loyalty Bonus gives you up to R10 000 towards paying for a replacement vehicle.
How do I get a Loyalty Bonus??
Our Loyalty Bonus is an additional benefit that forms part of your Deposit Protector policy.
What else does Deposit Protector offer?
- Deposit Protection: You should not have to lose more money when your vehicle is written off or stolen. Bidvest Insurance protects your deposit, and will pay you back the deposit you paid if your vehicle is lost or stolen. We cap this benefit at a limit of up to R300 000.
- Instalment Protection: Don’t get into debt because you have to wait. If your vehicle is stolen or written off, and your claim takes longer than 60 days to process, we’ll cover your monthly instalment up to R5 000 for up to 3 months.
How much does your Deposit Protector policy cost?
No two vehicles are alike. Your Deposit Protector instalments are unique to you and your vehicle’s make, model and year.
How do I claim from my Deposit Protector policy?
You can contact us on 0861 66 88 88 or email depositclaims@bidvestinsurance.co.za to notify us of the incident. The claims assessor will then guide you through the claims process.
