Located in Umhlanga at the Mayfair On the Lake building, the Academy offers learning and development courses for its employees as well as offering a host of graduate development and learnership programs. The programs and courses which have been developed by the Academy’s own facilitators will allow candidates to complete their FAIS and RE qualifications. Thanks to the Academy’s partnership with Masifunde Training Centre, a host of other courses relevant to the Financial Sector will also be available.

30th March 2017, saw Bidvest Financial Services (Bidvest Bank and Bidvest Insurance) launch an exciting new venture, the Bidvest Financial Services Academy. The launch was hosted by Japie Van Niekerk, CEO of Bidvest Financial Services, Alexia Shuenyane, Executive Head of Human Capital as well as Phillip Donnelly, Managing Director of Bidvest Insurance Group, each of them highlighting the great opportunity the Academy offers and how it will be pivotal in developing staff members and candidates to their full potential.
